The 4th Chef Challenge
“When West meets East– Fusion Cuisine Challenge”
Day 1: 10:30 to 12:30 AM , Wednesday, October 25.
Day 2: 10:30 to 12:30 AM, Friday, October 27.
Students will prepare entrees/appetisers, main courses and desserts catering for the guests by using Asian/American/African ingredients or food products with modern French cooking, preparation and presentation methods.
